LEADERSHIP

NATHAN ESTRUTH

Nathan EstruthNathan has been the President & CEO of iMFLUX since its inception in May, 2013. Prior to that he helped incubate the iMFLUX technologies as Vice-President of P&G FutureWorks. As CEO, Nathan has led the building of the iMFLUX team and culture, business model development, and top-to-top relationship with our key customers in industries including consumer products, automotive, commercial products, supply chain, and medical. Nathan also continues to serve on Procter & Gamble’s Global Business Leadership Council and P&G’s Global Product Supply Leadership Team.

Nathan has served on numerous Boards of start-up companies and non-profits, has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA and spent another year in John F. Kennedy’s School of Government at Harvard University. Nathan enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children as well as serving and investing resources in many different non-profit organizations that range from a local to global basis. He also enjoys racquetball, backpacking, and fly-fishing.


GENE ALTONEN

Gene AltonenGene has been the Chief Technology Officer of iMFLUX since 2015. Gene is the inventor of the iMFLUX core technology and leads the iMFLUX Research & Development organization. Innovation that drives disruptive gains in productivity, speed, quality, and sustainability are at the core of the R&D mission, which includes maintaining a strong innovation pipeline that drives continuous success for iMFLUX customers. Prior to the iMFLUX launch, Gene was a Research Fellow leading major technology developments in the Injection Molding Capability organization within Procter & Gamble. In his 26 year career with P&G, Gene has consistently delivered major innovations, holds more than 50 granted patents, and at least 35 pending patent applications. Gene is a graduate of Michigan State University, with a degree in Packaging Engineering, and has spent his entire P&G career developing new packaging solutions including numerous Injection Molding technology innovations. Gene enjoys hiking, fishing, boating, and spending time with his wife, three daughters, and two sons.



JARED KLINE

Jared has been the Vice President of Customer Operations for iMFLUX since July, 2014. Jared KlineJared has led Customer Operations from iMFLUX's first installations to the current global operation with hundreds of installs across three continents. Jared started on the business while it was still an R&D project in 2012 and was part of the team that started iMFLUX in 2013, leading early customer interactions while also developing the brand identity.

Prior to iMFLUX, Jared spent 18 years at P&G in various new business, marketing and information technology roles. Jared holds an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. In his spare time, Jared coaches basketball, works out so he can eat junk food, and spends time with his wife and three daughters.


DAVE LENEVEU

Dan LeneveuDave has been CFO and VP of Business Development of iMFLUX since its inception in May, 2013.  Prior to that he helped develop the iMFLUX strategies as Director of P&G’s Global Business Development. Dave leads the development of the financial and business development strategies, with the goal of creating breakthrough value for iMFLUX and its strategic customers. 

Dave has served on the Board of a number of start-up companies and has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.  Outside of iMFLUX, Dave enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He also enjoys home and car restorations.


JODI HAMMOCK

Jodi HammockJodi leads our Human Resource team for iMFLUX. Jodi brings 20 years of industry experience to the leadership team. Her areas of responsibility include: recruitment and staffing, benefits and compensation, learning and development, culture, employee relations, and leadership development. Jodi has led the recruitment of over 2000 years of plastics, controls, mold making, and skilled trade experience to the iMFLUX family. We have implemented a “white glove recruiting” system to support retaining top industry experts. iMFLUX is a destination for employees, offering top benefits in the industry and a world class culture. She has been named the “Dream Maker” by recruits and new associates.

In addition to her experience, she has a Bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. Outside of iMFLUX, Jodi and her daughter fill their free time spending time outdoors, reading together, and volunteering for a local women’s shelter.


NICK UNKOVIC

Nick UnkovicNick has been General Counsel of iMFLUX since 2013. He is responsible for all things legal at iMFLUX, as well as for supporting the Company’s business development efforts. Prior to joining iMFLUX, Nick worked five years in P&G’s legal department for transactions, antitrust and trade relations groups. He represented P&G in large international, M&A, financing, technology and commercial transactions; provided compliance support; managed investigations and litigation and represented the North American market development organization. Prior to joining P&G, Nick was in private practice in California, primarily representing private equity funds and technology companies. Nick has a BA in Philosophy from UCLA and a JD from UC Berkeley School of Law at Boalt Hall. He is a member of the California and Ohio bars.

Nick, his wife and two children enjoy spending their free time participating in music and are actively involved in community non-profit activities.



GARY HUNTSBERGER

Gary HuntsbergerGary has been the Director of Manufacturing since 2015 but joined iMFLUX in July, 2013 to help set-up the overall facility, equipment and systems for the startup of iMFLUX manufacturing. He is responsible for the overall mold and control systems manufacturing. He has worked in a variety of manufacturing roles with P&G over the past 31 years. iMFLUX manufacturing continues to grow and provide its customers with complete solutions to their complex mold needs with high precision mold design, build, qualification, and repair services, leveraging its world class equipment, people and manufacturing systems.

Gary has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of South Florida. Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, three daughters and two granddaughters, playing racquetball, golf, and woodworking. Gary is also very active serving in a local church start-up.
